How to contact us:

By phone:

Please call 020 7404 1999 to speak to our member services team who will either assist with your query or put you in touch with the relevant team at the College. This is also the contact number for the College’s corporate services (e.g. Finance, Press etc.) and lines are open from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

LanguageLine Interpretation Service:

For ease of communication we offer a telephone/text/British Sign Language interpretation service via LanguagueLine. LanguageLine’s team can interpret 240 languages so if you’re contacting the College and communication is challenging due to limited English and/or hearing issues then please get in touch and we can organise for a LanguageLine interpreter to facilitate your engagement with us.

By webchat:

Several areas of the College website contain a webchat function which you will see displayed in the bottom right hand corner. Clicking on the webchat icon allows you to speak with someone from the member services team who will be able to provide a real time response to your query. Outside of office hours you can still get in touch with the Member Services Team by clicking the chat bubble and using the ‘contact us’ form – we’ll come back to you as soon as possible the next working day.
