RCEM will provide a free shuttle bus each day of the conference during the morning registration and at the end of the day between the ICC Wales and the Mercure Newport, NP20 1DW. Places are limited on this transport, and not guaranteed. You should indicate on your conference registration form whether you would like to use this service. You do not have to stay at the Mercure Newport to use this service, but you will need to make your own way to the Mercure Newport in order to use the service each morning, and will be dropped off there at the end of the day.

If you wish to drive, ample parking is available onsite at the ICC Wales at a charge of £6-14 per day.

Tŷ Magor Hotel, Newport, NP26 3RA is approximately a 10-minute drive from the venue. RCEM has secured preferential rates with this hotel of £130. This rate includes breakfast, for single occupancy of a double, en-suite room. You can book directly on their website by clicking here. To secure the rate you should select that you have a booking code, enter ‘Block ID’ to the Booking Code Type field, and enter the booking code RCM160424. To secure this rate you must book before Saturday 16 March.
