This event will focus on providing updates, information and sharing best practice on all aspects of emergency medicine training. This will include use of the eportfolio, implementation of the new curriculum, feedback, appraisal and assessment. We will also explore differential attainment and important changes to working and training patterns such as less than full time working and return to training after a period of time out of training.

• The EM curriculum
• Addressing differential attainment
• Feedback, appraisal, assessment and completing the Education Supervisors Report
• Recruitment, retention and leadership training
