Date: 25 September 2025
Venue: Online via Zoom
Summary:
This low-cost, high-impact 3-hour ECG webinar is designed to help A&E clinicians walk away with a working knowledge of the OMI–NOMI paradigm — the evidence-based alternative to the traditional STEMI–NSTEMI framework.
Although growing evidence shows that the OMI–NOMI paradigm is superior to the traditional STEMI–NSTEMI framework, most A&E clinicians still don’t use it routinely — often because they’re unfamiliar with it or don’t feel confident applying it.
One of the main reasons for this is that the OMI paradigm is still relatively new and hasn’t yet found its way into traditional ECG teaching.
That’s why this webinar is designed to bridge the gap — so that by the end of 3 hours, you’ll have a clear, working knowledge of OMI–NOMI and the ability to start using it in clinical practice.
What Should I Expect?
- Understand the limitations of the STEMI–NSTEMI paradigm
- Explore why OMI is the superior diagnostic model
- Review real-life cases where early recognition of OMI — or failure to do so — directly impacted clinical outcomes
- Practise interpreting ECGs that appear “normal” but are diagnostic for OMI
- Learn the challenges of applying OMI in systems still using STEMI–NSTEMI pathways
- Experience consistently highly reviewed, niche ECG teaching — with practice-changing content not taught in traditional ECG courses
