During this study day, you’ll gain insights into how to support patients, families, and staff affected by adverse events. You’ll hear directly from patients and explore ways to amplify their voices within the ED.
Perspectives from ED nursing, pharmacy, and trainees will also be shared. You’ll also examine how learning from excellence can drive improvements in patient care, including for those in temporary escalation spaces.
