Abstract submissions

The deadline to submit your abstract was Wednesday 1 April at 23:59 BST. We are unable to accept any abstracts after that date.

Selected abstracts will be invited to display their work as a virtual poster at the conference in Belfast on Friday 5 June 2026. All the applicants, whether successful or not, will be notified on or after Wednesday 15 April.

This will be a fantastic chance to present at a conference, exchange ideas, and share learning with colleagues from across the region. Presenters will receive formal confirmation of their participation, which can be used for revalidation, appraisal, and portfolio enhancement.

Successful applicants will be required to register for the Northern Ireland study day. RCEM is unable to reimburse travel expenses, accommodation or registration fees of the successful abstract presenters.
