This event will be held at the City Hall Sunderland, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA
Join us for the first time in Sunderland for the annual PEM conference. We have an exciting day planned with speakers from across the region sharing their expertise on topics including extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, paediatric trauma and the pearls of point of care ultrasound in the paediatric emergency department as well as research updates and oral abstract presentations. We look forward to seeing you there!
The learning objectives of this event are:
SLOs:
– Assesses and manages the patient with a cardiac disorder.
– Assesses, diagnoses and manages the patient presenting to the PED with major or minor trauma.
– Employs the technical skills required to manage patients in the PED.
Please note, registration for this event will close on Tuesday 18 June at 23:59 (BST), but may close earlier if capacity is reached.
This event is aimed at Higher Speciality RCEM and RCPCH PEM Trainees.
All those interested in paediatric emergency medicine are also welcome but the content will be pitched at a HST level.
Abstract submissions are now closed and we are unable to accept any late submissions.
