Event Summary
The RCEM trainers away day aims to to bring together all EM trainers for an update on curriculum programme of assessment, programme of learning, eportfolio, quality management and fairer cultures for all.
Learning objectives:
To update the EM training faculty on important developments including:
- Practical skills – acquisition and assessment
- Curriculum updates
- Promotion of positive cultures in EM training
- Feedback, appraisal assessment and completing the Education Supervisors Report
- Leadership training and how it links to retention
SLOs covered: 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12
GMC domains: 3

Who should attend
This event is aimed at all EM trainers including Educational Supervisors, Clinical Supervisors, Training Programme Directors and Heads of School.
