Event summary:
Join the British Geriatrics Society on 19 May 2026 for our first conference dedicated to Major Trauma in Older People. This is a hybrid meeting, and you can register to attend either in person or online. You may also register after the live conference dates to watch back on demand, and still accrue CPD.
This event is intended for healthcare professionals working with older people who have experienced major trauma.
Programme topics are set to include:
- The future of major trauma in older people
- Head trauma, including chronic subdural hematoma
- Spinal trauma
- Escalation, prognostication, and palliative care in older trauma patients
