The Careers & Credentialing Manager is a key leadership role within the College, responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives that support medical recruitment, workforce development, and advanced clinical practice in emergency medicine. This position ensures that RCEM plays an influential role in national recruitment processes while driving strategies that sustain and grow the emergency medicine workforce.
In this role, you will manage the College’s contributions to national medical recruitment, including revising person specifications, advising on curriculum changes, and supporting scoring and assessment frameworks.
