Abstract submissions
Abstract submissions have now closed. We will notify all successful and unsuccessful applicants by email on or after Wednesday 26 November.
RCEM is unable to reimburse travel expenses, accommodation or registration fees of the successful abstract presenters or posters.
Oral presentations
The oral presentations will take place on Day 2 on Thursday 26 February. Successful applicants will have to register to attend the event on that day. They can also register to attend Day 1.
Poster presentations
The posters will be displayed in the venue during the whole conference. Successful poster presenters will have to register for Day 1 and bring their poster to the venue before 09:00 on Wednesday 25 February. Poster presenters can also register to attend Day 2.
RCEM is unable to reimburse travel expenses, accommodation or registration fees of the successful oral or poster presenters.
The best oral presentation and poster will be awarded a prize.
Accommodation
Accommodation can be booked at either of the hotels below, for the nights of 24 or 25 February, by emailing julie@intouch-international.com.
You’ll be sent a booking request form to complete and return with your payment details, and a room will be allocated for you at your preferred hotel. Rates are guaranteed until 24 January 2026, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Social event
The EMTA Committee will be organising a social event on the evening of Wednesday 25 February. Further details will be shared soon.
