Join us in Leeds for the ACP conference 2025!

This conference is a must attend event for the ACP community,  where a wide range of speakers will be presenting on common and less frequently seen conditions in adult and paediatric practice, relevant to trainee and qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioners in the Emergency Department.

Please note, registration for this event will close on Tuesday 20 May, but may close earlier if capacity is reached.

+ Abstracts

Submit your abstract for the chance to present at the conference! Submissions will be accepted on any topic, including QIPs and case reports.

Please click here for our submission guidance.

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday 18 March at 23:59 (GMT), with a 300-word limit. All submitters will be notified of the outcome from Tuesday 1 April.

Top scoring submissions in each category will be invited to present their work as an oral presentation. Other successful applicants will be considered to submit their work as a poster to be displayed at the venue.

The oral presentations will take place at the conference, in Leeds on 3 – 4 June. Successful applicants will be required to register to attend the event.

Posters will be displayed in the venue in a physical format. Successful poster presenters will be required to register for the conference and bring their poster to the venue on 3 – 4 June.

RCEM is unable to reimburse travel expenses, accommodation or registration fees of the successful abstract presenters or posters.

+ Social event

An informal social event will be organised for the evening of 3 June, straight after the conference.

Please indicate if you would like to attend when registering, and we will share further information as soon as it is available.
