These issues are not unique to a single country but are part of a broader international crisis that requires urgent and comprehensive solutions.
This webinar aims to tackle this pressing issue through a structured, evidence-based approach. IFEM will provide valuable insights and practical strategies to a global audience, fostering a more supportive and sustainable work environment for emergency medical professionals.

It is suitable for EVERYONE who works in emergency medicine and wants to maintain healthy teams.
Part two will be more suitable for those in a management position to apply what they have learned. Emergency medicine leaders and administrators should return after the break to take away actionable ideas to improve retention.
