Dr Divyansh Gulati said, “I am honoured to be taking up the role of South Central Regional Chair, and I am looking forward to representing the specialty in this region. I hope that I can raise awareness of the work of emergency medicine and the important pressures that Emergency Departments in this region are facing”.

“My aim is to increase engagement with all of our members and fellows in the South Central Region and to listen to, and work alongside members in order to improve the experiences of both staff and patients in Emergency Departments.”

“As part of this aim, my priority is to improve the communications channels between the College and its Members and Fellows, and to make people more aware of the role that RCEM can play in helping Emergency Departments in the region.”

The College is pleased to welcome Dr Gulati and wishes him every success in his new role.
